Tell Santa about your child
Fill in our simple form — name, age, interests, good deeds and wish list. The more you share, the more magical the letter.

Make a small deposit
A 25% deposit starts the process. No surprises — you see the full price before you commit.

Approve the preview
We send you a preview excerpt by email. Only when you love it do you pay the remaining 75%.
4
Receive the magic
The full letter arrives by email and by post — a sealed envelope addressed to your child.

1. Introduction
Welcome to Letters from Santa ("we", "us", "our"), operated through lettersfromsanta.store. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Service
We provide a personalised letter-writing service whereby a handcrafted letter from Santa Claus is written based on information provided by the customer and delivered both digitally (by email) and physically (by standard post).
Letters are available in English and Bulgarian.
Each letter is unique and written specifically for the child named in the order.
Physical letters are sent by standard international post.
3. Ordering & Payment
All prices displayed include the letter fee and applicable postage. Prices vary by destination country.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to begin work.
A preview excerpt (3–10 sentences) will be sent for approval.
The remaining 75% is due upon approval of the preview.
Payment is processed via PayPal.
4. Refund Policy
The 25% deposit is non-refundable as it covers the cost of writing the letter. If unsatisfied with the preview, we will revise once at no charge. Once the final payment is made and the letter delivered, no refunds are available.
5. Delivery
The digital letter will be sent within 7 working days of receiving the deposit. Physical letters are dispatched by standard post. We are not responsible for postal delays once dispatched.
6. Personal Data
We collect personal information solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to process payments or deliver the letter.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
